Meadow Brook Townhomes, West Bridgewater are pleased to announce the
election of five new members to its Board of Trustees. They are Meadow Brook
residents Rami Itani, Paul Mulcahy, David Rossman, Peter Dearing and Narika
O’Connell.

In related news, after four years, the Meadow Brook Townhomes condo
association was recently taken over by the tenants. Also, Bristol South
Management of Raynham, MA owned and managed by Russ Yule, is the new
management company that took over the day to day operations of the
association.

“A condominium association is not simply a group of neighbors getting
together to make decisions about their condos in a social setting. Rather,
it is a legal entity that is guided by the by-laws and other governing rules
and regulations,” noted Rami Itani, resident, trustee and executive with
