ABC Office is pleased to introduce a line of paper drills with a variety of new features. Paper drills are an electric alternative to three-hole punchers. The problem with the punchers is that they can only put holes in a handful of pages at one time. Paper drills can puncture perfectly even holes into entire reams of paper, or more in some cases, in a single compression.

Paper drills themselves are not new, but certain additions to them are. Some of the smaller machines, for instance, the FP 60, have drill bits connected directly to the motor shaft, stabilizing the drill to the extent that no movement or vibrations whatsoever occur while operating.

Some of the larger machines now have triple-hole piercing capability. All of the single-hole drills at ABC Office have glide and lock systems that are set to three-hole punch measurements, but for the most efficiency, a selection of models can cleanly penetrate two to two and a half inches of paper in three places with one motion.

The most advanced paper drills have a foot pedal that allows the operator to use both hands without being encumbered. The pedal ensures safety and accuracy in addition to being easier to function than hand presses. The pedal itself is no different than that of a sewing machine so any employee can use it.
