VOXDATA CONTINUES TO GARNER HONORS

Montreal, September 5th 2008 — VOXDATA has added yet another honor to its long list of awards, confirming once again its leading role in North America’s outsourced call center industry.

“As the winner of the ContactCenterWorld.com 2008 Members’ Choice Award for Best in Class, VOXDATA has distinguished itself once again from its competitors. We pay close attention to the specific needs of each of our customers and make sure their goals are met and this recognition proves it,” said France Couture, president of VOXDATA.

The Members’ Choice Awards from ContactCenterWorld.com are presented to the companies having garnered the most points in evaluations carried out by each outsourcer’s clientele. VOXDATA was named best outsourced call center according to different criteria (attainment of objectives, quality of client relations, quality of work, etc.). Founded in 2003, these awards recognize leadership among companies in the customer service sector. “We are very proud of VOXDATA’s performance and of the credibility that we have built for ourselves over the past 12 years.
