Workplace Law has just launched a new microsite, all in honour of a health and safety qualification - the NEBOSH national general certificate.
The site was launched to explain to people why this qualification is so important, who needs it, and the different ways you can study to become qualified.
The NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health is a qualification designed to help those with health and safety responsibilities, for example, managers, supervisors and employee representatives, to carry out their duties at work and more effectively and to protect the organisations for which they work. It is the most widely held health and safety qualification in the UK with nearly 100,000 people having gained the award since it was launched in 1989.
Workplace Law offers this qualification through two different modes of study - traditional classroom learning, and a new e-learning course. The site includes a quiz to help you decide which style of learning is best for you, so that you get the most out of the course, and have the best chance of passing and gaining the notoriously difficult NEBOSH qualification.
If e-learning appeals, NEBOSH NatGen Direct is for you. It is a unique web-based training course from Workplace Law leading to the award of the National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health. Through the Workplace Law Direct Study Centre you can study when you like, where you like, at the speed you want to.
The NEBOSH classroom course is a special 10 week day release course run by Workplace Law Training's expert tutors and covers key issues in health and safety management included in the core NEBOSH syllabus.
