That’s because the hotel’s stylish a+ bar is serving up a “Tickled Pink” martini throughout the month of October, benefiting The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. The “Tickled Pink” martini, garnished with a pale pink rose petal, is “clean, simple and pretty,” says its creator, Evan Turner, sommelier for Alden-Houston. The martini sells for $12, with $5 from each drink going directly to M. D. Anderson.
