Memorial Day DVD reaches 200,000 downloads

Pasadena, CA May23 2007 - Soldiers’ Angels www.soldiersangels.org and Singer-Songwriter, Shawn Hlookoff http://www.myspace.com/hlookoff have produced a moving music video and song "Soldier" http://www.MemorialDayUSA.com . Today the number of downloads of the donated SOLDIER DVD reached its 200,000th download. “Memorial Day is a holiday that is not about Hot Dogs and Hamburgers, Memorial Day is about honoring the men and women of our Armed Forces who make the ultimate sacrifice” states Soldiers’ Angels Founder, Patti Patton-Bader.

Entitled "Soldier", the video and song written and performed by Shawn Hlookoff http://www.hlookoff.com is a non-political view of the sacrifices that our military and their families willingly make. The song and video is not pro-war but pro humanity. “Memorial Day 2007 is an important day for our country” states Senator and Democratic Presidential candidate Barack Obama http://www.barackobama.com Republican Senator and Presidential Candidate John McCain http://mccain.senate.gov echo’s Obama’s sentiments. “This year Memorial Day should be seen in the tradition of it’s origins, that of honoring our men and women of the armed forces”.
