Dallas, Texas — BMC Capital announced on April 16, 2008, that it originated a $1,500,000 loan for the refinance of Holiday Inn, a hotel property located at 2500 Lafayette Road in Crawfordsville, IN.
“This was a cash-out refinancing for an exterior corridor flagged hotel. The loan featured a 5-year fixed rate and a 25-year amortization,” says Jim Vigna, a Vice President at BMC Capital’s New Jersey office.
