Dallas, Texas — BMC Capital announced on April 2, 2008, that it originated a $2,043,750 loan for the acquisition of Villa Nueva, a 98-unit multifamily apartments property located at 827 Oak St. in Houston, Texas.
“This Utah-based borrower was looking to break in to the Texas multi-family market place. Through our BMC Direct program, we were able to provide a 5-year fixed rate and a 30-year amortization,” says Michael Thompson, a loan officer at BMC Capital’s Houston office.
