BMC Capital announced on November 21, 2007, that it originated an $836,000 loan for the acquisition of Willows Apartments, a 20-unit apartment complex property located at 9105 Southeast 32nd Avenue in Portland, OR.

“We were able to fund within the 1031 time frame with a 5-year fixed rate on a 67% loan-to-value and amortized over 30-years,” says Glenn Gioseffi, a Vice President at BMC Capital’s Seattle office.
