Detroit, MI--When you find an investor in Michigan who can buy homes for 10 to 20 cents on the dollar and then rent them out and in some cases have the home pay for itself in less than year, it is time shut up and listen. Ralph Mark Maupin, co- founder of National Real Estate Network has invited two of the top producing real estate investors in the Metro Detroit area to speak at the next meeting. They will discuss how they are making money in the greater Detroit Metro area, investing in real estate.

The National Real Estate Network, Landlord association and investing club, will have Dwaine Mathis, speak on how to buy and rent property in the Detroit Metro area. Dwaine will also speak on to run ¾ recovery homes for income. . A second speaker we have is Mark Abbruzzese, a seasoned investor in Detroit Metro Market. Mark will be sharing how is moving 20 homes month to other investors, home owners and seniors.

The real estate investing club will have a third presentation from Keith Paul, owner of HandyPro Handyman Services, on what to look for when you hire a contractor. Keith will provide a contractor agreement (subcontractor agreement hand-out) and tips on researching, interviewing and paying a contractor.
