PaySimple, the leading provider of SaaS (Software as a Service) on-demand electronic payment solutions for small businesses, is the driving engine that enables Smart Capital Choice to help its customers realize new heights of success. The company, based in Bethesda, Maryland, specializes in asset-based lending to merchants and small businesses across the nation. With the PaySimple Solution's ACH Disbursement feature, Smart Capital Choice can effortlessly pay out funds, while its ACH recurring billing feature enables SCC to collect payments from its customers automatically. Smart Capital Choice (SCC) is dedicated to helping its clients secure the funding needed to grow by providing working capital along with a five step ROI methodology and invaluable business counseling. In return, its clients sell SCC a fixed amount of the businesses' future credit card sales. Once SCC funds a company, it begins collecting a fixed percentage of the customer's daily credit card transactions, via the customer's credit-card terminal, until the funding obligation is repaid. SCC's aim is to make the entire process as seamless for customers as possible but the process calls for funds to continuously be transferred between SCC and its customers. The company realized it needed to find a back-end solution that would be easy to implement and enable the automatic transfer of funds and fee assessments to and from its clientele on a monthly basis. After careful research, SCC chose the PaySimple Solution as its preferred technology platform. By implementing the PaySimple Recurring Payment module, SCC easily creates schedules for the system to routinely charge customers via an ACH transaction for a pre-determined amount on a pre-determined schedule. It also includes the flexibility to automatically process a secondary payment method should the primary method fail. SCC also has the option to create customizable emails for customer notifications."We are committed to helping our clients fulfill their business objectives," said Landon Johnson, Smart Capital Choice's President. "PaySimple speeds up and simplifies the process for transferring funds and assessing fees, and allows us to provide our customers with a menu of options. This creates a straightforward, hassle-free process for them."In addition to speeding up the transaction process, SCC found that using PaySimple saved the company $300 a month, compared to what they were paying in wire fees. As a result, SCC will add PaySimple's credit card processing module to its platform as it continues to expand its reach in the merchant financing market."Smart Capital Choice champions the small business owner, and its selection of PaySimple emphasizes the company's commitment to providing the best service possible," said Eric Remer, Chief Executive Officer of PaySimple, Inc. "Our solutions are built with small businesses in mind, and we are designed to grow with our customers as they expand their scope of business."Sales and Partnership InquiriesMerchants and businesses interested in additional information can contact the PaySimple sales and business development team at 800.466.0992.About Smart Capital:http://www.smartcapitalchoice.com/About PaySimple:PaySimple creates platforms that simplify and empower the lives of small business owners.
Many smaller business owners may not realize that the Best Practice 6.6 of the PCI Data Security Standard (DSS) became a requirement on June 30th. The regulation requires merchants dealing with debit and credit cards to tighten their security by both conducting application code reviews and installing Web application firewalls. PaySimple has been certified PCI DDS compliant and assures that its system meets all the requirements demanded of a PCI Compliant third party payment processing system.Best Practice 6.6 of the PCI Data Security Standard was put forth by the PCI Security Standards Council, which issues, maintains, and enforces the PCI security standards that govern payment account data security to which all corporations that deal with payment cards must adhere. However, across industries, small businesses are struggling to comply with the Council's standards, designed to protect consumers' personal data. Consumers want to pay with their credit cards and be assured their data is safe; and small businesses want to collect payments in the most convenient way to customers as well as guarantee their data is secure. But since 2005, more than 80% of the instances of unauthorized access to card data have involved small merchants, according to Visa USA Inc. These small businesses account for 85% of the seven million locations nationwide that accept credit cards. And if a business is found to not be PCI Compliant, its merchant account will be suspended, leaving the business unable to accept credit cards. Not all merchants are evaluated the same in the eyes of Visa and MasterCard, though. There are several levels of PCI compliance, which are based on the number and type of transactions a business processes a year. * Level 1 Merchants - process over 6 million credit card transactions each year. * Level 2 Merchants - process between 1 million and 6 million credit card transactions each year. * Level 3 Merchants - process between 20,000 and 1 million e-commerce transactions each year. * Level 4 Merchants - process less than 20,000 e-commerce transactions per year, and under 1 million total transactions per year. The majority of small businesses fall into this category.Level 1 Merchants are the only ones required to undergo an actual PCI Compliance Audit. Level 2 and 3 Merchants must complete an annual PCI Self Assessment, as well as quarterly network security scans. Level 4 merchants must also complete an annual PCI Self Assessment, but in many cases are not required to complete the quarterly network scan. The self-assessment, results of the network security scan (if applicable), and an attestation of compliance must be submitted to the Acquirer (the company issuing the small business its Merchant Account). The attestation of compliance certifies that the company has accurately completed the self-assessment, and that the company falls within the applicable processing limits for self-assessment. The Acquirer is responsible for making sure that all of its merchants are PCI Compliant."PCI Compliance is important to ensure the safety of the consumer's financial information," said Eric Remer, CEO of PaySimple. "PaySimple's focus is to simplify and empower the lives of small business owners; so it is vital that our customers, and all small businesses, understand the process of achieving compliance from end-to-end."There are four Self Assessment Questionnaires (SAQ), each designed around the way a small business processes its payments. By utilizing the PaySimple Solution as a third party payment processing provider, and making sure that all transactions are directly entered into and exclusively stored in PaySimple Solution 2.0, small businesses performing e-commerce and MOTO (Mail and Telephone) transactions can qualify for the simplest Type A SAQ , which consists of only 11 questions (as opposed to the more complex Type D that contains 226 questions). The key question in SAQ A is whether the third party provider is certified PCI Compliant-which all PaySimple customers can confidently answer "yes." PaySimple customers do need to take the following steps, if they have not already, to assure compliance with Best Practice 6.6 of the PCI Data Security Standard: - Determine the appropriate SAQ type for their business. Instructions for doing this can be found on the PCI Security Standards Council website at: https://www.pcisecuritystandards.org/pdfs/instructions_guidelines_v1-1.pdf - Obtain and complete the appropriate SAQ, and submit it along with the attestation of compliance letter to its Acquirer (the company issuing the small business its Merchant Account). SAQ Type A, which also contains the attestation of compliance letter, can be downloaded here: https://www.pcisecuritystandards.org/docs/saq_a_v1-1.doc - Level 2 and Level 3 Merchants must contract for quarterly network security scans, and submit a successful scan to their Acquirer. Most Level 4 merchants who utilize PaySimple Solution 2.0 will not need to do their own quarterly scans as they can be certified based on PaySimple's scans. - Take a hard look at their own business environment, and make certain they are operating in a secure manner. Simple steps like shredding all documents containing credit card numbers, installing virus protection and anti-phishing software on all computers, and implementing strong policies regarding passwords and user ids can go a long way towards protecting against a security breach.

1 Vote(s)

PaySimple, the leading provider of SaaS (Software as a Service) on-demand electronic payment solutions for small businesses, played an instrumental role in Sunrise Dental's ability to offer its patients affordable dental care. The popular dental practice, based in Geneva, Illinois, is known in the area for providing high quality dentistry for the entire family. Sunrise Dental found that when patients put off dental care, it can lead to some disastrous dental experiences that could have been easily avoided by coming in and resolving issues early with minimal care. The dental practice accepts most forms of insurance and in 2007 it implemented a program to offer patients flexible payment options with as long as five years to pay off their bills. In order to facilitate this, Sunrise Dental used the services of a leading personal financing company within the dental space. While it enabled flexible payment options for the patients, the services cost the company 10% of the overall fees, equal to $40,000 per year.Understanding the important service it was providing its customers, Sunrise Dental wanted to continue to offer payment plans, but in a way that would cost the practice less. After significant research, the company awarded the contract to PaySimple as the marketplace solution that would best meet its needs. The PaySimple Recurring Payment Module was implemented, allowing Sunrise Dental to create an automated, pre-determined schedule that would automatically charge patients a pre-determined amount using an ACH or credit card transaction. The system easily tracks all contracted accounts and allows the administrators to run an accounts receivable report each month. "Our goal is to provide first-class, affordable dental care to all who need it," said Paula Osmanski, Office Administrator for Sunrise Dental Care. "PaySimple was the only solution on the market that allowed us to save money and continue providing affordable care without compromising our quality of service."Now Sunrise Dental easily maintains its flexible payment options while being able to simplify its collection processes--all at a lower cost. In addition, the company has found that it has increased its in-patient ratio and allowed patients that would otherwise have been denied treatment, to be able to receive needed dental care, regardless of expense."Sunrise Dental is sincerely dedicated to the well being of its patients. Its selection of PaySimple underscores the company's commitment to providing excellent care that is affordable to all patients, regardless of price," said Eric Remer, CEO of PaySimple, Inc. "Our solutions are built to meet the needs of small businesses, giving them ability to provide the best service possible at the lowest cost."Sales and Partnership InquiriesMerchants and businesses interested in additional information can contact the PaySimple sales and business development team at 800.466.0992.About PaySimple:PaySimple creates platforms that simplify and empower the lives of small business owners.
PaySimple, the leading provider of SaaS (Software as a Service) on-demand electronic payment solutions for small businesses, announced that it has entered into an agreement with IP Commerce, Inc., a software company delivering on-demand access to the next generation of commerce services, to integrate its credit card processing services into the IP Commerce Platform. The two companies are combining their strengths to offer a more innovative, efficient and simple way to deliver payment processing solutions to small businesses. The PaySimple Solution 2.0 helps small businesses bridge the technology gap, and grow with the efficiency and cost-savings that large companies have, but with the customization and personal touch that small companies need. The centerpiece of the solution is the Payment Processing Center that allows users the ability to electronically collect payments via credit card or eCheck/ACH as well as pay their vendors in one user-friendly, convenient solution.Using the free Commerce Toolkit for Applications, PaySimple was able to integrate to the IP Commerce Platform and quickly provision its secure credit card processing service through its chosen service provider.
PaySimple, the leading provider of on-demand electronic payment solutions for small businesses, announced today that Trinity College, a non-profit, distance learning Bible College and Theological Seminary, has saved time and money accepting tuition payments using the PaySimple Solution, has doubled the amount of checks they process over the phone since implementation, and has sped up the time in which they receive funds. Trinity College has offered degree programs in Bible, Counseling, Pastoral Ministry, Preaching, Apologetics and Theology since 1969. Trinity's self-paced degree programs educate 4,000 students around the world, at bachelor's, master's, and doctorate levels, preparing them for ministry and professional life. Students attend classes, interact with faculty and assist one another by mail, Internet and in person at their campus in Newburgh, Indiana. Trinity offers their students, most of whom are already full-time pastors, the opportunity to further their education while allowing them to continue ministering locally. The business challenge Reese faced resulted from the normal human errors that came from their former check-by-phone system. Members of the Trinity College finance team would accept checks over the phone, taking down all of the various numbers needed to submit to the bank for payment. Although this was convenient for the students, there were invariably errors in the recording of the number. Then, when the incorrect routing number was submitted to the bank, Trinity would be charged $30 to $50 for each returned check. After several months of escalating bank fees, averaging $300-400 per month, Reese needed to make a change.Following a review of several products in the marketplace, Reese and his team decided the PaySimple Solution was best able to address their needs both because of PaySimple's ability to automatically convert paper checks into an electronic transfer via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system, and because the Software as a Service (SaaS) Internet application is hosted by PaySimple, so there would be no additional IT resources needed to maintain the application. Trinity College now uses their computer as a "virtual cash register" to accept payments by mail and over the phone.Trinity College immediately saw cost savings with the PaySimple Solution. Returned check fees went from $300-400/month to just $10-20/month, which were related to uncontrollable, nonsufficient fund (NSF) transactions. "PaySimple manages the process for us so that if we input the routing number we were given, and it's incorrect, PaySimple stops the transaction prior to it getting to the bank - problem solved!" Reese said. The finance team at Trinity College was delighted by how easy the PaySimple solution was to learn. "Getting started with PaySimple was amazingly easy; the system is simple and intuitive, and the customer training was wonderful. We were running transactions within 30 minutes of being approved," Reese said. "It is so simple for me and my team to use on a daily basis, and none of us are technology people!"Reese and his team were also pleased to see that there were other benefits from using the PaySimple Solution. The finance group at Trinity College found being able to accept and process checks so easily saved them significant time and gave them better visibility into cash flow and deposits. This in turn helped them close their books more accurately on a daily basis. A final benefit the team found was the speed at which they received their funds. A traditional check could take up to 14 days to clear, but when processing a check with PaySimple, they could cut that time down to three days."Our students find the PaySimple Solution extremely convenient. We have almost doubled the amount of checks we process over the phone since implementing this solution, and we look forward to getting the Web piece shortly, which would allow our students to pay their tuition online," Reese said.About PaySimple: PaySimple creates platforms that simplify and empower the lives of small business owners.
The results of a new survey by PaySimple and Market Platform Dynamics (MPD), released yesterday at the NACHA Payments 2008 Conference in Las Vegas, indicate that over the next two years small businesses believe more of their commerce will be done using electronic payments. Currently less than 50% of those surveyed accept some form of electronic payments, however, these business owners see the future of electronic payments coming quickly, as roughly 70% of them believe that within the next two years 50% of their payments will be via electronic methods."Small businesses are the back bone of the US economy and have generated almost 80% of new jobs in the last ten years," explained Jeff Gardner, President of PaySimple. "At the end of the day, these businesses want to make it as easy as possible for their customers to transact with them, and consumers are demanding more efficient payment options. Electronic payments are slowly displacing the more traditional payment methods as these companies react to customer demands and find solutions that are reasonably cost-effective, flexible, and easy to deploy."Overall, roughly 78% of companies sampled prefer paper cash and checks today, and for 66%, paper checks are the primary method of payment. Roughly one quarter favor cash and 28% choose electronic payments, with the exception being retail and travel where electronic is overwhelmingly preferred. Most of those surveyed do business directly with consumers - with their customers transacting with them on a monthly basis - and 55% report a typical transaction size of more than $500.When asked about what drives adoption, most companies surveyed concurred that cost is not a deciding factor, and rather cited the motivating factors to be convenience, cash flow and sales lift. According to Karen Webster, president of Market Platform Dynamics, "End customers have a strong influence, and therefore, the payment needs of small businesses are growing as consumers want more convenience in their payment options. As demand increases, owners are getting more sophisticated about their options for satisfying their customers' needs for online payments solutions."The study was commissioned by PaySimple, the leading provider of SaaS (Software as a Service) on-demand electronic payment solutions for small businesses. Conducted in April 2008, the survey questioned more than 500 small businesses with annual revenues of up to $5 million, and covered a broad range of industries across many geographies. Over two-thirds had been in business more than 10 years. The goal was to better understand the state of electronic payment acceptance for US small businesses.Additional survey findings: * Collecting online payments is a top strategic business priority for many small businesses * 52% of those surveyed would give up coffee for a week if they could collect payments from customers faster and less expensively * Tech-savvy businesses are more likely to accept electronic payments * 61% of respondents have a Web presence; only 26% accept payments on their Web site * Less than 13% use electronic means to generate and send customers invoices * Small businesses that accept electronic payments want a better solution and are willing to switch providers to get it * Roughly 70% of the survey sample believe that within the next two years 50% of their payments will be via electronic methodsFor additional information about this survey, please visit PaySimple at http://www.paysimple.com/small-business-statistics.html.About Market Platform Dynamics:Market Platform Dynamics (MPD) is a management consulting firm that enables businesses to profit from industry disruption and positions them for long-term growth. The company's customers have learned to expect an outstanding customer experience, as well as flower arrangements that are unique and extremely fresh, as they come direct from the grower.Nick Perez, MultiFlor's president and owner, wanted to find a way to make his operations more efficient. His customers had been requesting the ability to pay online, and Perez knew that the better the customer experience he could supply, from floral design and delivery to payment options, the more loyal his customers would be. After testing several systems, Perez decided to go with the PaySimple Solution. MultiFlor currently offers its customers the ability to pay using credit cards or using ACH direct debit from their bank accounts. They can also choose to pay via the MultiFlor website or from an email invoice. Perez found the interface to be very user friendly.
PaySimple, the leading provider of on-demand electronic payment solutions for small businesses, continues to honor its commitment to make the lives of small business owners easier by not only simplifying the invoicing and collections process, but also by empowering small business owners to do more to help the environment. As part of this strong commitment to both entrepreneurs and the environment, PaySimple is waiving the initial merchant start-up fee--a savings of $199-as a one day offer to honor Earth Day, celebrated today on April 22nd. According to a study commissioned by the PayItGreen Alliance, if one in five households switched to electronic bills, statements, and payments, the collective impact would save 151 million pounds of paper, avoid filling 8.6 million household garbage bags with waste and avoid producing 2 million tons of greenhouse gas emissions. The alliance is asking financial institutions and businesses to encourage their customers to turn off paper bills and statements and make payments electronically, and PaySimple supports them in this quest with this special "green" promotion."Many small businesses are created to make a difference in their communities, but due to budgetary restraints, decisions are often made on a basis of what is a4financially sound' and not necessarily what is a4environmentally sound'," said Eric Remer, CEO, PaySimple. "For PaySimple customers, financially and environmentally sound choices are in fact one and the same."The PaySimple solution is an on-demand Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that enables small businesses to bill, collect, and manage their customer payments under one user-friendly system. The PaySimple solution includes recurring billing, email invoicing, web/telephone payments, ACH direct-debit, EFTs and direct deposits, credit card processing, e-check processing; check conversion, and business software/shopping cart integration. Best of all, small businesses do not need any technology experience to use or customize the system. PaySimple designed a solution with the small business needs and budget in mind.Electronic payments utilize the speed and convenience of online billing in addition to providing a number of other peripheral benefits. Businesses increase their customer's experience and loyalty by offering simple, predictable and on-time billing solutions. Inversely, businesses reduce their cost and dependency of paper statements. Another survey, an initial environmental assessment of a 2007 study by Javelin Strategy and Research, predicts astounding reductions in both pollutants and the consumption of natural resources. The study estimates if all U.S. households paid their bills electronically, it would:a4Save 18.5 million trees each year, or the amount of lumber needed for 216,054 typical single-family homes.a4Reduce toxic air pollutants by 2.2 billion tons of CO2 equivalents, akin to having 390,326 fewer cars.a4Reduce by 1.7 billion pounds the solid waste generated in a year, equal to the raw tonnage generated by Detroit in a year's time.About PaySimple: PaySimple creates platforms that simplify and empower the lives of small business owners.
CMA DALLAS 2008 ANNUAL CONFERENCE and DENVER, CO, April 21, 2008 - PaySimple, the leading provider of on-demand electronic payment solutions for small businesses, announced today that Origins Church of New York has found success making donations more convenient for congregants by using the PaySimple Solution, which has resulted in increased contributions for the growing church. PaySimple will be exhibiting at the CMA Dallas 2008 Annual Conference in booth #402.Origins Church of New York is a young church community comprised of professionals, young families, students and emerging artists committed to seeking a renewed approach to Christian spirituality and the teachings of Jesus. The two year old community is growing very quickly and now attracts regular attendance levels of 450 - 500 people for weekend services. Members were looking for flexible and convenient ways to contribute regularly, even if they missed a week of services. And as a non-profit, Origins Church depends on the donations of congregants. Sue Erickson, Executive Assistant and Vision Implementation of Origins Church of New York, decided to do some research to investigate alternative ways to make it easier for people to give to the church.Because their demographic tends to be younger, the Origins Church website has emerged as a central place for congregants to learn more about its services. "Since our website is where many of our members get their information when they are not at the church, it made sense to allow them to donate via the website as well," Erickson said.Following a referral from another church, Origins decided to deploy the PaySimple Solution. "We were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to get started with PaySimple; it was much faster than we had expected," Erickson said. The PaySimple Solution is a Software as a Service (Saas) technology platform, and is securely hosted by PaySimple. Origins Church did not have to add any additional IT resources and found it did not take much training for the staff to become knowledgeable and efficient at setting up online payments for the donors and running reports on the transactions. Within two weeks of signing up, Origins Church started accepting donations by credit card and electronic check on their website. In the year Origins Church has been working with PaySimple, their weekly contributions have quadrupled, and have also become more predictable. Erickson has also found that the Origins Church staff saves a great deal of time now that they are using the PaySimple Solution, as they no longer have to manually count money or go to the bank to make deposits. In addition, by accepting donations electronically, there is less opportunity for human error in the accounting process for tracking and reporting donations. Following their excellent experience with the PaySimple Solution, Origins Church plans to upgrade to the newly released PaySimple Solution 2.0. Erikson is enthusiastic about implementing the recurring invoicing module as well as offering congregants the ability to edit their own settings for their already growing number of online donations.Origins Church also appreciates the individual attention PaySimple has shown to make the setup and utilization of the system successful. "PaySimple is very responsive and has great customer service," Erickson said. "They are very friendly. When I talk to anyone at PaySimple, I know they are focused on my concerns -- it's not like dealing with some big, impersonal company."About PaySimple: PaySimple creates platforms that simplify and empower the lives of small business owners.
PaySimple, the leading provider of on-demand electronic payment solutions for small businesses, announced today that The Peplinski Group, Inc., a family owned and operated provider of both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, has started accepting payments via the on-demand PaySimple Solution. The Peplinski Group, Inc. owns and operates seven resident care facilities in Michigan. The organization is dedicated to providing a caring home for supportive living, with compassion towards those who depend on them to meet their needs.Amanda Nichols, Director of Accounts Receivable for Peplinski Group, Inc., faced a large challenge in terms of billing and collecting from residents, as most pay for their care with funds they receive from Social Security. Due to recent changes to the Social Security system, residents receive their checks throughout the month, making it more difficult to collect funds. Nichols' challenge was to find a way to make payments easy for the residents, but also efficient for the company's systems.Nichols chose the ACH (Automated Clearing House) module of the PaySimple Solution, which allows the Peplinski Group to accept electronic payments automatically and directly from their residents' bank accounts. PaySimple configured the system for Peplinkski's residents to be billed on various dates of each month, based upon the arrival of their Social Security checks. Additionally, the process is completely automated which makes live easier for Nichols and her team."Several families asked about the ability to pay electronically and if they would be able to have money withdrawn automatically," Nichols said. "When we introduced this, people were very excited. They find it easier to pay us, and we find it easier to collect their payments - everyone is happy." The PaySimple solution is an on-demand Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that enables small businesses to bill, collect, and manage their customer payments under one user-friendly system. The PaySimple solution was designed with the small business needs and budget in mind.Nichols and her team saw a return on their investment (ROI) in just 60 days - both in cost savings and man hours. One feature of the PaySimple Solution that she especially appreciates is the Quick Payments function. Quick Payments allows her to accept a check over the phone from anyone, whether that customer has been previously entered into the system or not. "I really appreciate how this feature avoids a4the check is in the mail' syndrome," Nichols said. "I can get a little information over the phone and we are done. What a time saver!" "PaySimple makes it easier for merchants to bill and collect, and gives their customers the flexibility to pay the way they feel most comfortable-in person, via the web, by phone, or automatically," said Eric Remer, CEO, PaySimple. "The Peplinski Group's time and money savings, as well as their immediate ROI, is the kind of success we strive to achieve with all of our customers, Remer said.About PaySimple: PaySimple creates platforms that simplify and empower the lives of small business owners.
PaySimple, the leading provider of on-demand electronic payment solutions for small businesses, announces the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of San Diego and Imperial County, part of the nationwide BBB organization, has started accepting payments via the on-demand PaySimple Solution, enabling its accredited businesses to pay dues and be immediately verified and approved. The San Diego BBB has over 6,000 accredited businesses and its mission is to be the leader in advancing marketplace trust. They accomplish this mission by creating a community of trustworthy businesses, setting standards for marketplace trust, encouraging and supporting best practices, celebrating marketplace role models, and denouncing substandard marketplace behavior. The Better Business Bureau of San Diego works with its accredited businesses to advance this mission and allows them to pay dues the way most convenient to them-on either a yearly or monthly basis. As an organization with many existing accredited businesses, and with new accredited businesses joining on a daily basis, collecting dues and tracking payments was extremely time-consuming. Jennifer Halbirt, Director of Finance and Human Resources, wanted to reduce the amount of time she spent collecting dues and more time managing the induction of new members."The collections process was difficult because I would manually accept payments, and there was no way of confirming the credit cards live over the phone. Then we would have to verify the credit cards, and if there was a problem we would have to work with the salespeople to go back and get a new credit card. I knew there had to be a more productive way," Halbirt said. The BBB of San Diego started accepting payments via the PaySimple Solution. Halbirt continues to accept payment information over the phone, and by using PaySimple's virtual terminal, she is able to now instantly verify a credit card or bank account and process the ACH or credit card payments, saving the time it took to wait for verification. Once the PaySimple virtual terminal was implemented, Halbirt found she saved more than 10 hours a week from the time previously spent managing payment collection from new accredited businesses. "With the PaySimple solution up and running I'm able to focus my time on improving the operations of the department, which ultimately benefits the entire organization," Halbirt enthused. One of the main projects Halbirt is focused on is a new, organization-wide, software implementation. Once finalized, the BBB of San Diego plans to offer further PaySimple functionality that will allow their accredited businesses to completely manage their accounts via a secure password on the BBB of San Diego website. "One of the best things about working with PaySimple is that whenever I need something they are there to help me," Halbirt said. "They do what they say they are going to do and I trust them. I can't ask for anything more from a vendor and business partner."About PaySimple: PaySimple creates platforms that simplify and empower the lives of small business owners.
