Dallas, Texas — BMC Capital announced on April 3, 2008, that it originated a $1,479000 loan for the refinancing of Los Feliz Apartments, a 90-unit multifamily apartment complex located at 2281 Kechum Road in Memphis, TN.

“Having completed the renovation of the property, the borrower was seeking permanent financing and we were able to provide a 3-year fixed rate with 30-year amortization,” says Susanna Reust, a Vice President at BMC Capital's Phoenix office.
