Mark Maupin, founder of the National Real Estate Network, announced at the June Mega Evening Event meeting that the next one will be at a new location. He has recently confirmed the new location to be the Crown Plaza Hotel in Romulus, Michigan. The meetings will continue to be held the third Thursday of each month from 6pm to 9pm. This month’s featured speakers will answer legal and accounting questions for business owners and real estate investors.

Richard White, an attorney and Markwei Boye, a CPA will be on the panel of experts answering questions. “Richard and Markwei have spoken at prior events and members were pleased with the information they provided. Many who I’ve spoke to recently are looking forward to hearing them speak at the July meeting,” said Mark Maupin.

Mark Maupin says, “A lot of my members have legal and accounting questions, so I thought this would be a good topic for the kick-off event at a new location. I put together a list of topics people have been asking about; the panel will be especially prepared to answer questions about protecting your personal assets when you hold investment property, consolidating and reducing debt balances, rules for loan officers and mortgage originators to avoid mortgage fraud, and more.”
