Beijing, PRC – Another job search portal is online, but this one is worth a try. Despite the strong competition in the Chinese market of Human Resources,
matchdragon.com will probably stand out in the near future: http://www.matchdragon.com.

Matchdragon aims high: consistent investments have been done in the last 9 months months to deliver its core engine, eggMatch©, and it has already overcome most of the popular “classified platforms” in China, with respect to the number of available jobs and registered users.

What makes it special is the advanced use of artificial intelligence techniques, to analyze the content of every job offer/resume’, compare it with other jobs or professional profiles in China, and estimate their compatibility (“match rate”). In other words, as the website recites, “no search is required”: employers simply upload their job offers, job seekers upload their resumes, and the engine returns a detailed list of the best-matching results for each of them, accompanied with the magic number called “match rate”.

Probably, not by chance it was a technical team of specialists to design this alternative way of finding the right job match. Unique case in its category, Matchdragon was designed and developed by a professional software house, a creative foreign-owned enterprise in Beijing, China: Eggsist Ltd (http://www.eggsist.com).

“It works like a backwards search” explains Stefano N. One more innovation worth mentioning: skill analysis. Job offers, as well as job seekers’ resumes, are identified by a map of skills diversified by area of industry. The skill map defines what every person can do or is requested to do, in a rather efficient way. And, of course, skill maps are taken into high consideration by the overall auto-match engine.

As announced on the website, Matchdragon will always be free for job seekers and, for a limited time, for employers too. The future price list is still not available online.
