High-tech CCTV specialists Lexicon Europe predict that 2008 will see a surge of interest in megapixel security cameras such as SentryScope, as advances on technology - coupled with data protection requirements - make higher levels of security more practical and affordable for UK organisations.

SentryScope is a 21 million pixel digital CCTV camera, which can monitor large areas as it has a 90 degree angle of view. It can effectively cover areas up to 256 feet wide and 160 feet deep.
