GREENWOOD VILLAGE – Steve Rosch, a broker associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Greenwood Village, has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation from the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Rosch now joins the upper echelon of top-producing residential real estate professionals who hold the acclaimed designation, which requires the successful completion of a stringent curriculum.
Rosch attended a specific, intensive series of nearly 100 hours of classroom instruction covering diverse subjects, including contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction. Earning the GRI designation enables Realtors to better serve prospective clients and customers. The classes are taught by leading real estate professionals from around the country, and the GRI designation shows the public that the individual has obtained a professional educational foundation upon which to base his services. GRI designees have that extra measure of skill and professionalism required by astute clients.
“I scheduled my GRI classes all along the Front Range in order to broaden my knowledge of the various geographic areas and create relationships with like-minded real estate agents throughout the region,” said Rosch. “Continuing education is a key component of my business, and I average more than 100 hours of education per year. I am not a flamboyant personality, but rather a professional with strategic marketing skills who gets the job done for my clients. Education also assures that contracts, offers and closings are handled professionally, ethically, and timely.”
An avid outdoorsman, Rosch enjoys hunting, fly-fishing, camping, hiking, and spending time in Colorado’s majestic high country. A Denverite and native Coloradan, he appreciates the exhilaration and inspiration inherent to the great outdoors and a variety of sports. Rosch devotes most of his free time to archery, which teaches him to focus, precision, and strategy…characteristics that serve him well in the highly competitive real estate business.
Rosch is a recipient of a National Real Estate Apprentice Foundation Grant from the Public Benefit Corporation, a California non-profit which awards real estate grants that spotlight the importance of real estate apprenticeships for the enhancement and betterment of the U.S. residential real estate industry. Recipients of the Grant are judged on the basis of salesmanship and communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, creativity, and uniqueness. As a recipient of the grant, Rosch was recognized for his high standards and superior level of professionalism as a real estate agent.
Rosch is a member of the Denver Board of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. His professional background includes more than 10 years in sales, marketing, combined with residential mortgages. Rosch was responsible for training, business development, marketing strategies, and targeted direct mail. He is active with his church and contributes to and participates with CAR’s Housing Opportunity Foundation and as a volunteer with the Colorado Division of Wildlife.
