mobile and IP service providers to maximize their billable usage — today
announced a multi-year support agreement with a large, North American-based
carrier. The deal calls for TeleSciences to continue its extensive support
program through 2008 and includes phone, web-based, and on-site support for its

release of EventDynamics gives our customers the ability to better monitor and
control usage data from their switches. It also gives them access to greater
event usage management tools. This will prove especially critical for this
carrier as it continues to migrate its services to an IP environment and looks
to TeleSciences to for the timely collection and management of all
revenue-related usage data."
