WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF WEST COVINA NISSAN

(November 2007) West Covina, California – Leading design firm Ware Malcomb announces the completion of West Covina Nissan, a new 100,000 square foot auto dealership, developed by Sage Automotive Group of Santa Clara, California. The project is located at 205 North Citrus Street in West Covina, California.

Ware Malcomb offers planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout North America. The firm’s Auto Group, which operates out of it’s corporate office in Irvine, California, provided architectural and interior design services for this 100,000 square foot auto dealership. The dealership includes a 24,000 square foot automobile showroom with support offices, sales and finance offices, training and conference rooms, and a customer lounge. The 26,000 square foot service bay area contains 37 service stalls, as well as detail and wash stalls. The facility also includes a 50,000 square foot parking structure consisting of two elevated parking levels.

Kunzik and Sara of San Marcos, California served as the General Contractor for this project.
