(November 2007) Orange, California – Leading Design firm Ware Malcomb is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Town and Country Medical Office building project located at 1001 Town and Country Road in Orange, California. The project is owned by TA Associates Realty of Newport Beach, California. Barnard Ventures of Newport Beach, California is the owner’s representative for the project.

Ware Malcomb offers planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout North America. The firm’s corporate office, located in Irvine, California, is providing architectural design services for the three-story speculative Medical Office Building totaling approximately 65,370 square feet. The design of the building is a contemporary pre-cast concrete and glass curtain wall systems. The project also includes a three-level free standing above grade parking structure.
