WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED & CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR TOTAL SPORTS THERAPY

(October 2008) Phoenix, Arizona – Ware Malcomb Phoenix is proud to announce that design is complete and construction has begun for Total Sports Therapy, a sports therapist office space. The project is located at 34975 North Valley Parkway, Suites 118 and 119 within the Tramonto Crossing Office Plaza in Phoenix, Arizona. This is the second Total Sports Therapy location in Arizona, with the existing office in Cave Creek. Both locations are surrounded by adjacent retail services and are in close proximity to local residential areas.

Ware Malcomb is providing interior architectural design services for this 2,248 square foot sports therapy office. The space features an open floor plan divided into designated therapy and training areas, as well as a private office. In the Therapy Room clients will receive manual treatments such as stretching and massage. In the Training Room clients will receive one-on-one guided exercises with athletic trainers. A warm and soothing color palette of beige and rust colors with light blue accents is featured throughout the space.

Construction is estimated to complete by November 2008. Sanctuary Builder of Tempe, Arizona is the General Contractor for the project. Brokerage services were provided by Tyson Manuel of NAI Horizon, Tyson.manuel@naihorizon.com.
