Kay Sedia is the star of the long running “Chico’s Angels” musical stage serials. She has also appeared in the feature films “King Country” and “Alien Game”. This comedienne and rising star is also one of the top selling Tupperware “ladies” in America.

The grande dame of drag, Holly Woodlawn, will make a special appearance and perform the Lou Reed classic hit “Walk On the Wild Side,” a song that immortalized her and her work as a Superstar with Andy Warhol and The Factory.

The Boofont Sisters and Roxy Mountains will sing their renditions of party record queen Ruth Wallis’ songs, “Booze,” “Boobs” and “Queer Things.”

Other song contributors include Dragstrip 66 impresario Mr. Dan, Mz. Alanna,
Kelly Mantle and Tammie Brown, with significant song contribution as well as musical direction by Wayne Moore.

Director and choreographer is Doug Johnson. Some of his credits include “Sweet Home Alabama,” starring Reese Witherspoon and “Happy Texas.” Television credits include “That 70’s Show,” “Suddenly Susan,” “Donnie & Marie” and the “Miss USA/World” pageant.

The two-night revue is being written and produced by Jay Keiser and Mark Korba. Keiser has worked on projects for every major network and studio in Hollywood. His production and post-production credits run the gamut from writing, producing and editing feature films, television shows, indie films and documentaries. He has been nominated for five Emmys and won two Golden Reel Awards. Some of his better-known credits include Paramount’s “The Untouchables,” 20th Century Fox’s “Pathfinder” and the Disney/ABC’s cult hits “Alias” and “LOST.” Korba is a three time Emmy Award winner for the National Geographic documentaries, “Avalanche: The White Death,” “Sea Monster” and “Asteroids-Deadly Impact.” He has worked on Steven Spielberg’s documentary “Shooting War” and the Sundance Film Festival award winner, “Derrida.” Other credits include the Peabody Award winning CBS special “Victory Over Violence” and the acclaimed BBC/PBS “The Great War.”
The event is also being filmed for inclusion in what will be the definitive documentary on drag also entitled “When Queens Collide” scheduled for completion in late 2009. To follow the progress of the documentary, visit www.dragdocumentary.com

This once in a lifetime line-up of performers will never be seen together on one stage again and after this all that will be left is a boulevard of broken heels!

Net proceeds from the show will benefit GLASS (Gay & Lesbian Adolescent Social Services) a non-profit organization that delivers social and health care services to needy youth. It operates group homes throughout Los Angles for gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, transgender, homeless and at risk teens, as well as HIV/AIDS impacted youth. It is recognized as the oldest and leading agency of its kind in the nation.
